International Training
Volleyball in an international sport and consequently different styles of volleyball are played around the world. Recognizing the benefit of learning other styles of volleyball, we strive to provide opportunities for our players to get exposed to international training.
Training with Dominican National Team Head Coach Wagner Pacheco in 2011
Having experienced the innovative and fun training with the Dominican National Team coaches in 2010, we brought back Head Coach Wagner Pacheco for three months to train our Asics 18s team. In March, some of his National Team players will also arrive to train with our girls!

Training with the Dominican National Team Coaches in 2010
In an effort to further expose our players to international training, we brought in the coaches from the Dominican National Team and one of their star players to train our players from April 5, 2010 to April 10, 2010. Head Coach Marcos Roberto Kwiek, Assistant Coach Wagner Roberto Rocha Pacheco and player Milagros Cabral Dela Cruz trained our 17U and 18U girls at the very highest level. The training was unique, challenging and a lot of fun. The Asics girls met the Dominican players at last year's Pan American Games in Miami, where after the Junior Olympics in Miami, our 16U and 17U girls attended the international games, which featured the National teams from the USA, Brazil, Canada, the Dominican Republic and other countries. Training in Japan in 2005
In March of 2005, the Asics Rainbows Volleyball Club took their training to another level by traveling thousands of miles to Hiroshima, Japan to train with the top high school teams and a professional volleyball team in Japan. The players traveled to Japan for ten days to study and train. The training was intense and at a very high level. Asics players learned different techniques, game strategy and experienced the Japanese culture. The experience gained was invaluable and it improved the level of competition for all teams throughout our club. Mahalo to the JT Thunders Professional Volleyball Team, Molten Volleyball, and especially to the Neishi family, for making our trip so incredibly valuable. We will always remember the experience and your gracious hospitality.
